Edwards Abstract and Title Co. is pleased to recognize the Rock Star of the Week, Dolly Villarreal. Edwards welcomed Dolly to the company in February, 2006. She is the Director of First Impressions otherwise known as Receptionist & Escrow Processor. Dolly embraces each day with a smile as she prepares to answer multiple phone lines, welcome walk-ins, greet customers who come in for closing, coordinate multiple deliveries from various entities, assist any member of the team, schedule deliveries to the 7 other Edwards offices when needed and her favorite thing to do is to hand out checks to the appropriate parties on the successful sale of residential or commercial property. She handles this with the grace and professionalism of someone who truly enjoys what she does. Dolly has been given the opportunity to expand her talents in the escrow department, but she has chosen to continue doing what she does best and what she loves! She chooses to stand in the front line dealing directly with customers and guests who have become friends in many cases. The Edwards Corporate Office in Edinburg is her second home and the lobby is her domain. Dolly gets to enjoy the best of both worlds as she continues to expand her knowledge and grow with the company while sharing her skills and great attitude with customers and others she deals with. Many on the Edwards Team have often said “Dolly is amazing” and she is one of the most beloved members in the company. She has earned the respect of those around her primarily for her helpful and caring attitude towards others.
