Mark A. Lewis has earned the credential of Certified Abstract Examination Professional as designated by the Texas Land Title Association. The TLTA Certification is the Title Professional’s credential program. There are only three Escrow Officers in the state of Texas who have earned the three credentials as CTIP; CESP and CAEP.
