Edwards is pleased to recognize the Rock Star of the Week, Diana S. Kaufold. Diana started her career with Edwards Abstract and Title Co. in 1989 at the Edinburg Office.  Thirty one years later, she is still serving Edwards’ customers from Edinburg at the corporate office located at 3111 W. Freddy Gonzalez Drive. She joined the Edwards Team with lending experience, and that helped her gain a better understanding of the residential and commercial transactions that were to come. Diana learned the title insurance industry from several of the best Edwards employees, as she was a quick learner who was ready and willing to take it all in! Diana has earned the respect of many of the top real estate attorneys, commercial lenders, brokers, developers and Realtors due to her knowledge and experience.  There are certainly no secrets to her continued success as Senior Escrow Officer & Commercial Escrow Officer. Her book of business involves some of the most challenging and complex commercial transactions with multiple parties on both sides. One memorable closing that involved the Housing & Urban Development was held in San Antonio. She traveled to the HUD office to personally close the transaction. It was a marathon closing that took most of the day with multiple parties involved in signing/finalizing documents and several levels of government officials. Diana single handedly answered a frenzy of questions, utilized the latest technology that Edwards’ offers and she made the transaction as smooth as possible. Diana is quick to give credit to the people who surround her at Edwards every day. The Edwards Support Teams share the same goals, focus and commitment to do the best job possible for the company and certainly Edwards’ customers. Diana is a go-getter and an early bird who is the first to arrive to the office. She enjoys getting her day started by taking advantage of the quiet moments that surround her.
