Edwards is pleased to recognize the Rock Star of the Week, Elsa Hernandez. Elsa serves Edwards Abstract and Title Co. as Escrow Officer and Escrow Processor.  She started working with the company in 2015 and she is always ready to welcome customers at the Brownsville office located at 1075 Paredes Line Road. Elsa has been a part of the title insurance industry for several years and this has allowed her to provide Edwards’ Remarkable customer service to those that she works with. Supporting a high performance Escrow Officer, Holly Cervantes, Elsa enjoys the fast-paced and often rewarding, environment. She has a knack for making things happen and going above and beyond to take the best care of Edwards’ customers. To say that Elsa has impressed members of the team that she works with, is an understatement!! There are no county lines for Elsa when it comes to being helpful to a fellow Edwards’ employee. It is gratifying to know that any member who works at the eight Edwards’ locations is willing to assist a customer when requested. As an example, one of Elsa’s peers shared the following: “I saw on two occasions recently where she jumped in to assist a McAllen Escrow Officer to close the transaction even though Elsa was taking care of her Escrow Officer’s files.”  Being able to multi-task is essential for any member of the Edwards Team, and Elsa has mastered the art! “She always has a pleasant personality and is a true star on the Edwards Team. Her communication with our customers always starts with: Sir or Miss….and ends with it as well.” Cool, calm and collected even when under pressure, that’s Elsa for you.  A most important quality is also that Elsa shows respect to customers and co-workers alike.  On behalf of the Edwards Family, congratulations to Elsa Hernandez, Edwards’ Rock Star of the Week.
