Kathia was nominated by her peers as a Rock Star because of her outstanding service to all of Edwards’ customers. Whether you are greeted personally by Kathia as you walk in to the lobby, or you call the McAllen office to ask a question, she undoubtedly will make you feel welcome! It takes a special person to operate in a high performance environment with a group of motivated and energized title insurance professionals in McAllen, but somehow, Kathia makes it all come together seamlessly. One of Kathia’s many qualities that make her an Edwards’ Rock Star is that she embraces each day to the fullest.  Customer service is at the fore-font of her abilities which makes dealing with her such a pleasure. Purchasing a new home or business can oftentimes be stressful, and she has a knack for setting customers at ease. As the Director of First Impressions at the McAllen office, Kathia is a team player who is always willing to go above and beyond for the benefit of the entire team.
