Edwards is pleased to recognize the Rockstar of the Week, Kitty Van Holsbeke. Kitty is a legend among the real estate industry professionals as she started her career in 1979. She was one of the first employees who joined Southern Texas Title Company. When Edwards merged with Southern in 2010, Kitty took the lead as Cameron County Operations Manager where she was responsible for the Escrow Dept production. Kitty has many special qualities that make her an Edwards Rockstar. She is always willing to mentor, train and share her knowledge and experience with any member of the team. Customers who have dealt with her for over 41 years, have grown to depend on her as she is responsive, can work on the most complicated deals and she will not stop until the job is done! Kitty currently represents Edwards as Customer Development Officer for the Cameron County area. She is certainly knowledgeable about the market place and she knows most, if not all of the movers and shakers in the real estate industry. Kitty is well equipped to reach out and offer the many resources that Edwards provides to customers. Kitty’s greatest asset is her work ethic. On many occasions, customers contact Kitty with scenarios on pending, complicated transactions. Because of her experience and relationship with Edwards’ underwriters, Kitty can offer solutions, not promises. She never tires of doing all she can to volunteer and serve organizations such as the Brownsville Board of Realtors and the Women’s Council of Realtors. Kitty is admired by many of her peers who appreciate her loyalty and dedication to the title insurance industry and most of all that she is a vital member of the Edwards Team.
