Edwards is pleased to recognize the Rockstar of the Week, Victoria Koch who serves as Escrow Processor in the Edwards McAllen Office. She was nominated by her peers for her great attitude! Victoria is known to be a “hands on” employee who is very dedicated and hard working. She joined the Edwards Team in February, 2016 and she has already made her mark as a dependable, helpful and outstanding member of the Edwards Team. Knowing how to multi-task is a key quality that makes Victoria special. As Escrow Processor, she is dealing with multiple files, communicating with customers on both sides including Realtors, lenders and of course the buyer and the seller. Victoria has a unique ability to bring her A-game to the office every day. One of the compliments bestowed upon her is, “In the midst of tons of work, she is always willing to drop what she’s doing to assist. As a bonus, she is always very professional!” It doesn’t get better than that. Being a part of Team Lewis in McAllen, Victoria is depended upon to assist Escrow Officers in getting transactions to the closing table. There’s plenty of behind the scenes work that is done during and certainly after the transaction closes. Victoria is a pro at making sure the post-closing details are taken care of….especially when notifying customers that their checks are ready! That’s a great call to make.
