Janet has earned her Escrow Officer license and she is excited to embrace all of the opportunities to serve the SPI market the and surrounding communities. Janet joined the Edwards Team in November, 2016 as Receptionist and quickly earned her way as Escrow Processor to assist in preparing files for closing and all of the post-closing responsibilities. With her knowledge and experience, she is now a licensed Escrow Officer. Janet has displayed an eagerness to learn the title insurance industry and assist customers.  Janet and SPI Office Manager, Alice Delgadillo make a wonderful team as they make serving customers their main priority.
