Have you noticed anything different at 2009 Padre Blvd, Edwards’ South Padre Island office? We’re pleased to announce that we’re in the final phase of the remodeling! 

 

Pardon the dust as we have completely transformed the offices to better serve you, our customers and to provide a comfortable work space for the South Padre Team. Currently, the main construction area is in the front entrance. WE’RE STILL OPEN FOR BUSINESS and the temporary entrance is located behind the building. There’s plenty of parking too. 

 

The new building design will offer a larger & welcoming lobby, closing rooms complemented with brand new office furniture throughout, plus the convenience of conference rooms for the Escrow team and customers. For now, please call on Alice, Janet and Andrea and they’ll be happy to help!!
